Shipping Policy
All products are shipped direct to county Florida Farm Bureau offices. You will receive notice from your county coordinator as to which day and approximate time your delivery will take place. This notice will be made approximately one week after you have placed your order. If you do not hear from your county office within this time frame, please contact your county coordinator.
Refund Policy
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Florida Farm Bureau will offer a credit on your next purchase through the Buyer's Club. For a full credit, please return unused items in their original packaging within seven days of purchase. For questions regarding your return, please email or call the Farm Bureau office you received your order from.

Cancellation Policy
If you are to cancel your order, you must confirm with your local county office 24 hours prior to delivery. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service 24 hours after the stated delivery date. You can cancel your appointment by calling or emailing the county office you will be receiving your order from.
Return Policy
Return unused items in their original packaging within seven days of purchase. For questions regarding your return, please email or call the Farm Bureau office you received your order from. To initiate a return, please contact the Farm Bureau office where you received your order with your order number and reason for return. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your purchase.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges, please visit your local county Farm Bureau location during regular business hours with your original purchase receipt.
